Massage Therapy and Body Treatments
Our trained practitioners offer a variety of services to meet each client’s need. Massage is a powerful and effective way to increase relaxation, relieve muscle pain and reduce anxiety. The use of massage therapy, with precautionary modifications in particular cases, is safe for patients with cancer and offers benefits in all stages of cancer treatment.
Inspiritas Signature Massage
Relax and replenish with this combination of traditional Swedish massage and other techniques, such as myofacial, deep tissue and acupressure. We tailor our massage to your specific needs to promote tension relief and improve circulation. 50 minutes or 80 minutes
Hot Stone Massage
This centuries old practice incorporates specially prepared hot basalt stones that create penetrating warmth to ease tension and enhance muscle relaxation. 50 minutes or 80 minutes
Stress Reliever
When time is of the essence, our therapist will focus on the most common areas of tension – your back, shoulders, and neck. 25 minutes
Reflexology
This healing art utilizes compression touch focused on the feet. Pressure and massage applied to specific reflex points in the feet stimulate whole body healing and increases energy flow. Benefits of this treatment also include improved circulation, detoxification and reduced tension. 25 minutes
Aromatherapy

Espresso Wrap
This fragrant multipurpose scrub and mud is blended with Coffee Arabica, Volcanic Pumice and Black Silt Clay to exfoliate and detoxify the body. This treatment will leave your skin soft, renewed and your body relaxed. Following this exotic exfoliation, you will be treated to a deeply nourishing body wrap.
